Managing billing options

Billing options in AMS Control Panel allow you to view your account statement, show your active services, change your billing period, or close your account.

Log in to AMS Control Panel as owner to manage billing

To manage your billing options, log in to AMS Control Panel as owner. Click the "Billing" category tab, then click the "Manage billing account" link at left. You have four options.

View a summary of your billing account

The summary shows a statement of recent billing and payment activity on your account. The final number shows either an amount owing, a credit amount resulting from an overpayment or removal of services, or a balance of zero indicating that no payment is due.

The other details show your billing period (how often you receive regular bills), the date on which your current period ends, your billing terms, and the billing contact persons attached to your account. Billing summary

Show a list of services in this account

This option lists all the services you currently have. Each item is linked to the "Services" category, to let you manage that item.

Change your billing period

You can change your billing period to quarterly, semi-annual, or annual with this option. Your period will only be changed as of your next billing period. The current period must expire before the new period takes effect.

Close your account

If your current period ends in less than ninety days, you can request to close your account at the end of your current period. Your current period must completely expire before your account is closed. If your current period ends in more than ninety days, you'll see a message letting you know the first date on which you can request to close your account.
