Getting your bills

Using AMS Control Panel, you can view and print any bill that has ever been generated for your account.

Bills are a historical record of your charges, and don't change

Your online bills are exactly like paper bills. They are a historical record of your charges as they appeared on the day the bill was created. Therefore, none of the numbers on any bill will change, even after you pay that bill. To look at the current status of your account, including any amount owing or paid, use the "View a summary of your billing account" option of the Manage billing account task.

Log in to AMS Control Panel as owner to retrieve bills

To view and print bills, log in to AMS Control Panel as owner. Click the "Billing" category tab. To view the most recent bill, click the "Most recent bill" link at left.

To view other bills, click the "List other bills" link at left. Select a period for which you want to view bills, and click "Next". You'll see a screen similar to the one shown below. List of bills

Click a bill number to view that bill. Click the print icon Print to open a new window and print the bill. You can also click the print icon while viewing a bill after clicking its number.

The information in the list of bills tells you the date of the bill, whether it's a regular or interim bill, the period covered by the bill if it's a regular bill, the amount of the bill, and your account balance as of that bill. This screen is not a statement of your account, and doesn't reflect any payments you have made.
