Managing contact information

In addition to storing your organization name and address, AMS Control Panel allows you to designate multiple contact persons for your account, and assign specific roles to them.

Updating your street address

Log in to AMS Control Panel as owner, then click the "Update street address" link. The field labelled "Account name" is the company or organization name under which you opened your account. It can't be changed in AMS Control Panel. Please contact us if you need to change your account name.

Contact persons and roles

A contact person is someone who has some responsibility for your account or organization, and who should have access to some or all of your account information. The person who supplied their own name and e-mail address when the service was ordered is listed as the first contact person.

Owner, Administrator, Technical, and Billing roles

There are four possible roles for contact persons: Owner, Administrator, Technical, and Billing. Each contact person must be assigned at least one role, and there must be at least one contact person for each role.

If you are the sole owner of your account, you will be the only contact person, and you will have all four roles assigned to you. Depending on which roles you assign, you are entitling the contact person to some or all of your account information.

Please note that assigning or removing roles is not the same as granting or denying access to AMS Control Panel and its functions via permissions. Roles are used strictly for defining how the contact person can interact with Korax customer support, what type of information they have access to, and they help Korax to identify and communicate more efficiently with your contacts.
