Categories and tasks

AMS Control Panel is organized into categories, represented by tabs near the top of the page. Each category has a number of tasks you can complete, shown as links in the left-hand column. To start a task, simply click its link and follow the on-screen instructions.

Start pages

When you click a category tab, you'll see the start page for that category. The start page contains a list of often-used tasks. The "Main" start page, which you'll see immediately after logging in, or when you click the "Main" tab, also has an "Important messages" section near the top of the page that's shown if Korax has any messages for you.

Step by step tasks

Most tasks are completed in one or more steps, where you'll fill in information on one page before you click the "Next" button to move on. Before changes are made to your information, you'll be shown a summary page with a "Finish" button. Your changes won't be complete until you click "Finish". Afterwards, you'll see a summary of the changes you just made.

Getting help

Help is available from within Control Panel while using many tasks. Click the help icon that may appear to the right of the title near the top of the screen.
