Managing spam filtering

You can turn spam filtering on or off for your domain names. This will enable or disable all spam filters, except for content filtering.

Steps to turn spam filtering on or off

Turning off spam filtering disables greylisting and blacklisting. Content filtering, or matching e-mail subject and content against a known spam keyword list, cannot be disabled using this task. Contact us if you want to turn off content filtering (not recommended).
  1. Log in to AMS Control Panel as owner, or as a user with the "Enable/disable spam filtering" permission turned on.
  2. Click the "E-mail" category tab, then click the "Manage spam filtering" link at left.
  3. Select a domain name from the drop-down list, and click "Next".
  4. Select the option you'd like, and click "Save".
