Getting usage information
There are three tasks in the "Main" category that show information about
how your hosting package resources are being used.
Users and resources
The resources of your hosting package, such as disk storage, traffic usage, and e-mail accounts, are always associated with a user name. There are three tasks in the "Main" category that show this information in AMS Control Panel. The "User summary" task
This task presents a list of all user names in your account, each representing one hosting package with one or more websites. Click the "User summary" link to use this task. When you first click the task link, you'll see the "Basic display" screen, listing only the user name, the name of the server on which the user is hosted, and the server's operating system platform (either Windows Server or Unix). Click the "more details" arrow icon
The "View disk storage" task
Click the "View disk storage" link to use this task. Disk storage is shown as the amount of total storage allowed, the amount of storage currently in use, and the resulting amount of storage left for use. A bar graph in the upper right corner of the display visually indicates usage. The bar graph changes colour to yellow, then red, to indicate usage that approaches the storage limit.
The "View traffic usage" task
Click the "View traffic usage" link to use this task. It shows you up-to-the-day traffic usage information for the current month, broken down by website. It presents the information as a pie chart, together with total usage statistics. In addition to the current month, you can view traffic usage information for the previous twelve months for all user names and websites in your account. This task shows traffic usage, but not traffic analysis (statistics). Read Traffic statistics reports for information on getting statistics of visitors to your websites.
