Three ways of contacting Korax

Use the "Submit a support request" link in Control Panel
This is the preferred way to contact us. With this method, you don't need to provide information to verify that you are a legitimate contact person for your account. Your request is sent to us securely. To contact us using this method, log in to Control Panel as owner, using your account number and its password. Under the "Main" tab, click "Submit a support request". Select a relevant request type from the drop-down list, and fill out the form. -
Send us e-mail
You can request customer service by sending e-mail to support@korax.net for questions related to your service, and billing@korax.net for questions about billing. E-mail sent to these addresses enters our customer service ticket system, and a trackable ticket is automatically opened for you. Do not reply to old e-mails from previous tickets. Always send us a new e-mail for each new issue you have. When sending us e-mail, you must write from an e-mail address that is an authorized contact address for your account. You must supply your account number, and you may be asked to supply your password. To avoid having to send your password through e-mail, contact us through Control Panel instead. -
Phone us toll free
You can phone customer service from Toronto by dialing 416-979-2112, or from anywhere in North America by calling 1-877-567-2963 (1-877-KORAX.NET). When calling, you must have your account number and password ready. If you prefer not to supply your password over the phone, contact us using Control Panel.
