Payments and billing

For most customers, the management of your billing account is automatic. You'll be notified of bills and payments, and you can change the way payments are made.

Managing your billing account

Account owners have access to AMS Control Panel to view and print bills, to see the status of their billing account, and to make payments. Using AMS, you can add and remove credit cards for automated billing, and change your billing period. You can also manage contact persons and designate specific individuals in your organization to receive billing notifications.

When new bills are created for your account

New bills are created for your account when your current billing period for regular hosting services is about to expire, or when you order new services.

For regular hosting services, your new billing period begins on the anniversary date of when your account was opened. For example, if your account was opened on January 16th, and your billing period is quarterly, your new period will always begin on the 16th of the month, every three months.
