Accepted methods of payment
Korax accepts payment by credit card, money order, cheque, and web banking.
Cash payments are not accepted. Most Korax customers are Canadian, and prices
at our website and in AMS Control Panel are in Canadian dollars.
Payment by credit card
Korax accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. To pay by credit card,
enter your credit card number using
AMS Control Panel any time
you wish to make a payment. You can also securely store your credit card, or
"attach" it to your account, and it will be automatically used to pay any future
regular or interim bills.
Payment by cheque or money order
Korax accepts cheque or money order payments in Canadian or U.S. funds.
When paying by cheque, click the "Make a payment" link in the "Billing" section
of AMS Control Panel, and select "Get information on other payment methods such as web banking"
for the correct address to send your cheque to. Make cheques payable to "Korax Inc."
Please do not post-date your cheque. Because Korax services are prepaid, post-dated
cheques are not accepted, and will be returned.
Payment by web banking
If you are a Canadian customer with a bank account at CIBC, TD Canada Trust, Royal Bank,
Bank of Montreal, or ScotiaBank, you can use Web Banking to make your payments. Visit
your bank's website to learn how to use their web banking system. Search for "Korax" or
"Korax Inc." in the list of payees, and use your Korax account number to add Korax
as a payee for online bill payments.
