Billing periods and discounts

Your billing period is determined by what you selected when you first ordered hosting services. Discounts are based on the billing period you choose.

Selecting your billing period

When you first opened your account, you selected a billing period of either three, six, or twelve months. Your initial payment was for hosting services during that billing period. Shortly before the period ends, we automatically make a new bill for you to renew your services for another period.

Discounts are offered for shared web hosting packages if you choose a longer period.

  • Quarterly period (every three months): no discount
  • Semi-annual period (every six months): 10% discount
  • Semi-annual period (every twelve months): 20% discount
You can change your billing period using AMS Control Panel. The change takes effect as of the next billing period. The current billing period is not affected.
