If you can't see your website
Make sure you're not having problems seeing other web sites as well. If you are,
chances are your Internet provider is having problems. Even if you can see other
sites, make sure you use
traceroute
to pinpoint any possible network problems between your
computer and Korax. Also make sure that your domain name hasn't expired, and
that your web hosting service is still active.

If you can't send or receive e-mail
If you are having problems sending e-mail, check to see which outgoing (SMTP)
mail server you have configured in your e-mail software.
If using your ISP's outgoing mail server, contact them for assistance. If you are using
Korax' mail server as your outgoing mail server, make sure you entered
mail.example.com in the outgoing mail server setting of your software,
replacing
example.com with your domain name. You must also make sure that
you have selected the option in your software to use SMTP authentication, and that you have
changed the outgoing (SMTP) port to 587.
If you are having problems receiving e-mail, first ensure that you have created all
necessary e-mail accounts using AMS Control Panel. Make sure you entered
mail.example.com in the incoming mail server setting of your software,
replacing
example.com with your domain name, and that you are using the
correct incoming mail user name and password. Also read the section above titled
